  During my tenure, I was assigned and successfully accomplished the following tasks: • Review and assess the development and implementation of system. • I was involved in development and implementation of system. • I have prepared audit plan and ensure its compliance. • I was involved in preparation of SOPs and their implementation. • Pre-Audit of payments. • Review and assess the waste management system. • Review the company`s financial statements to know about the financial position of the company and also review the general journal entries. • Gathering audit evidence using multiple types of audit procedures (Inspection, Inquiries, Observation, Recalculate, Re-performance, Confirmation) and verifying assertions (Existence, Completeness, Rights & Obligation, Cut-off, Accuracy) and other techniques. • Review of internal control systems and identification of significant weaknesses and recommending improvements thereon. • To maintain all individual accounts of customers and suppliers as well as to control the receivable accounts and payable accounts. • Preparation of reconciliation statement to reconcile the balance from the bank statement and company`s balance. • During my internship period, I also worked on schedule of bank charges. I had extracted bank charges from other ISLAMIC BANK`s website and compare with our bank charges. I indicated the difference between bank charges of Burj Bank with other Islamic Banks. Worked on Burj Bank`s symbols software for making general entries, fund transfer and adjusting entries at the end of year. Show less
