My role is to manage customers’ tickets through our online system, Zendesk, either marking those tickets as solved or alerting senior employees about a certain problem. • Used SQL queries and Windows Powershell to troubleshoot production issues and resolve them. • Used Trello was used to keep track of daily tasks and monitoring duties.
