  Jongerenrechtbanken are an initiative to actively involve young people in law and justice in our society. Conflicts at school are resolved by the members of the youth court themselves. The youth judges are specially trained for this purpose, so that they learn, according to a certain methodology, to administer justice to their "peers", in cases and conflicts that occur in their (school) environment.   The Giving Back Foundation is an initiative with the aim of supporting talented students with a bicultural background in their step towards HBO/WO. The students in the Giving Back School Program come from an environment where studying is not obvious. Their parents have not (or not in the Netherlands) studied. These students miss role models in their immediate environment and a relevant network. Giving Back offers these students an activity program that consists of both mandatory workshops and choice events and a one-on-one mentor from the business world who voluntarily commits himself to guide the student.
