Hari and I have worked together in developing energy models for multiple buildings. Hari was able to develope an algorithm that calculated KPIs and variables that we needed from the raw data. He also developed a rule engine, which both our team and the customers were able to use. The rule engine allowed the user to create unique set of rules for their buildings and detect any faulty operation using their own set of variables.

As a startup we look for candidates who are dedicated and sharp at what they do. When we started our company had two resources and addition of Hari to the team brought positive motive in the company. We were working on a project called "mydevpath" and though he was new to groovy & grails framework he took up the task in a challenging manner. Starting from software configuration to coding he approached everything in a planned manner. He started guiding other team members in achieving their tasks while completing his work. His attitude towards work is "nothing is impossible". He does take up task and see that it is completed. We worked countless nights to achieve the same.
