  Implementation of POKA-YOKE for detection of 14mm diameter Welch Plug- A Detection Bar is designed, fabricated and fixed in the inspection area to detect 14mm diameter Welch Plugs in the Exhaust Manifold Face of H-series Engine Cylinder Head on the Engine head line in “Ashok Leyland” during Industrial Project for a time period of about 2 months.
