It has been a pleasure to work with Harick over the last few years on a number projects and business challenges, not to mention the global pandemic. Harick demonstrates exceptional HR leadership and has many strengths. He is calm under pressure and is provides a measured and professional response in the face of any HR issue. He is a great people person, and is naturally warm, friendly and supportive.
