 Study of Scope of Work, Contract, Company Specifications, and Standards & perform the work in compliance to the specified requirements. Co-Ordinate with Contractor Inspection team for carrying out the required NDT as per the project scope of work and Reviewing of Contractor NDT / Weld Maps for Categorization and Classification of Structural Items. Monitored Quality trends including supervision of interior inspection, surveillance personnel and assist fabrication heads in the areas of Quality. Overseeing all QA/QC personnel, understand and effectively deliver their QA/QC responsibilities. Witnessing of Welding Procedure Qualification and Welder Qualification tests and Destructive Testing of Specimens. Radiographic Interpretation, Review and Signing of NDT & Release Inspection Reports further activities. To supervise and participate in the inspection and testing of all static equipment of process plants and pipelined and provides analysis of equipment condition. Develop and maintain a system for Quality programmed plans and procedures. To identify areas of concern and propose dedicated inspection procedures to follow-up their resolution to improve plants integrity. To supervise and participates in non-destructive testing of equipment and piping, including review of preliminary interpretations carried out by NDT technicians. To advise on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection and testing requirements.. Co-ordinations with production for day-to-day activities. Co-ordination & expediting the NDT requirements.
