As a Clinical Preceptor, Assistant Professor, and Training and Placement Coordinator at DPU Pune Pimpri, I had the opportunity to work with students and faculty in various capacities. In my role as a Clinical Preceptor, I provided guidance and mentorship to students during their clinical rotations, ensuring they had the skills and knowledge needed to provide optimal patient care.In the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology clerkship is to provide instruction on medication management for gynecological conditions and help students develop an understanding of the unique healthcare needs of female patients. As a Preceptor may also guide students in clinical decision-making, patient counseling, and medication therapy management. In a project, the Teacher may oversee the development and implementation of research studies or quality improvement initiatives related to gynecology,ensuring that the studies are conducted ethically and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.And also provide mentorship to students throughout the project,helping them develop their research skills and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field. As an Assistant Professor,I developed and delivered lectures and workshops on various topics in pharmacy practice and management,while also engaging in research activities and scholarly work. Additionally,as the Training and Placement Coordinator,I helped students prepare for job interviews and connect with potential employers, while also working with industry partners to develop training programs and internships.Through these roles,I gained valuable experience in teaching, mentorship,and leadership,as well as an understanding of the importance of networking and professional development. Overall,my time at DPU Pune Pimpri was a rewarding and enriching experience that allowed me to make a positive impact on the education and career development of pharmacy students.

As an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, my experience has been both challenging and rewarding. I have had the opportunity to interact with students and help them develop their skills in the field of pharmacy. My duties include designing and delivering lectures,clinical Preceptor, clinical Pharmacologist. developing course materials, evaluating student performance, and conducting research in my area of expertise. I find teaching to be a fulfilling experience, and I enjoy working with students to help them achieve their academic goals. I also enjoy conducting research and publishing papers on topics related to pharmacy practice, which has allowed me to contribute to the advancement of the field. Overall, my experience as an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice has been a great learning experience, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on my students and the field of pharmacy. A Teacher is a professional who teaches students based on national curriculum guidelines within their specialist subject areas. Their duties include assigning ward rounds, clerkships, documenting progress and keeping up with patients communication.

Covid Duty Instructor

As a Covid duty instructor at a hospital, my job involved working closely with nursing staff and doctors to ensure that proper Covid-19 protocols were being followed. I was responsible for training and educating the staff on infection control measures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), hand hygiene, and disinfection procedures. I also provided guidance on patient care, especially for those with Covid-19 symptoms. Communication and collaboration were essential in this role, as I worked with different departments to coordinate care and ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff. It was a challenging but rewarding experience, knowing that I was helping to keep people safe during a difficult time.
