Hardev joined our team as the G42 Operations Duty manager (TOC) for one the biggest events in Dubai : Expo 2020. Right from setting up the TOC to leading and managing the support team he showed exemplary leadership. With all the challenges and reported system/ infrastructure issues he ensured that he & his team managed the resolution within the timelines. What actually stood out was his superior stake holder management with multiple authorities and his ability to work under pressure and deliver stellar results. His calm demeanor and ability to simplify complex problems won him a lot of respect from the customers. With him at the helm of leading and managing the Expo2020 support, we were confident of our systems & people being in the right hands. A thorough gentleman and a true asset to any organization !!

I recall the hectic 180 days we spent at the Technical Operations Centre (TOC) within the Expo EOC. One of a lifetime event and achievement. Hardev was leading and coordinating the teams from G42 for the public realm security system infrastructure and services. He has provided leadership and decision support for multi-partner integrated services transition and managed major incidents, changes and issues. Thanks to his unique way of dealing with the situations, he was retained to support the post event activities where he managed part-decommissioning, service-support and transition of retained security infrastructure. Always found him to be cool and smiling even while working under pressure. A gentleman with a good heart and great care for the fellow beings. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
