I oversee various functions, including logistics planning and execution, coordination with external agencies, equipment inventory management, and collaboration with other departments. My primary responsibility is meticulous logistics planning and execution. I work closely with external agencies, securing event venues and coordinating transportation and catering services when needed. By overseeing these crucial aspects, I ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our participants. Maintaining an inventory of event equipment is another crucial aspect of my role. I procure, store, and maintain resources like audiovisual equipment and event-specific materials. Collaboration is key to our success, and I coordinate with other departments within the Nature Club. Working closely with the Creatives Department, I help design eye-catching event posters and materials. I also collaborate with the Hospitality and Collaborations Department to manage participant needs during events. In addition, I liaise with the Marketing Department to adapt our budget and strategies when we secure event sponsors. This collaboration maximizes our outreach and impact. I also work closely with the Digital Works and Public Relations Departments. Together, we leverage online platforms to effectively promote our events, creating buzz and anticipation.
