It's been a great chance for me to have Harald in my team. Beside his technical expertise , he is a great professional in a lot aspects and a great guy.Someone you can trust and count on. He knows what it takes to get the job done and he does it well. Harald was working for me as a service engineer for the Reticle Business Group in Dresden Germany. His technical background as well his overall knowledge for the RAPID systems made him to a very good technician. His strength has been the optical part of the systems. In addition Harald was used as technical support WW for UNIX and database systems used by the RAPID systems as well throughout the WISARD division. His flexibility and willingness to work hard during escalations compliments his complete profile. It was a pleasure for me to have him working in my team.
