I looked at his code and felt like he'd make a great contributor to it. So I asked and he joins, and within weeks we see Tree related algorithms coming up in the repository. We discussed problem solving and algorithms a lot and I am impressed with how fast he can learn things. Some of his ideas and approaches on solving problems were incredible, as is his knowledge of Dart. Very helpful, passionate, and hungry to learn new things - I am glad to have known and worked with him.
