  - Manage all the work in the partner school in charge; fully reporting to the Board of Directors and supporting departments.- Master the knowledge of curriculum and activities organized by the company to advise the school and parents.- Resolve the arising issues and complaints of parents.- Organize and to be in charge of a periodic teacher – parent meeting.- Training the Academic staff in the group to spread the work and assign tasks; ensuring the quality of the Academic staff's work.- Check and track members in the process of working and making daily reports.- Support HR Dept to assess the capacity of Academic staff in group and foreign teachers in the course.
