The project which is being built by NCC for client PensionDanmark, will recieve DGNB gold certification DFDS Business HQ, 2019–2022New domicile for the shipping company located at Marmormolen in the Nordhavn area, housing ca. 700 employees in a modern, state of the art working environment, including restaurant with roof terrasse, auditorium, meeting center, fitness room etc. Built by contractor NCC for the Client PensionDanmark, and scheduled to receive gold DGNB-certification. Arenahaven 2017-2019 A housing project with 153 apartments located in Orestad in Copenhagen, immediately adjacent to the Royal Arena venue.
