  Servebolt.com provides high performance hosting that enables web sites and e-commerce sites to load faster, much faster.Servebolt (Previously Raske Sider) was launched by me and Erlend Eide, around my ideas and methods on the technical/server side, and his business know-how and front-end programming.The product we launched filled a vacuum in the market, and we have repeatedly won comparison tests with the biggest and best known competitors based on metrics like performance, stability, security, knowledgeable support and ease-of-use. In 2016, the company went international and has been growing ever since.--My job here consist mainly of:- Initially everything server/network related, until we got a separate Ops team established.- Planning and development of back-end systems and infrastructure.- Design and development of the internal "Vhostman" infrastructure system allowing instantaneous changes based on customer on-boarding or changes. (No relation, but "Vhostman" predates and resembles iasql.com).- Research, testing and development on new technologies.- Heavy focus on latency reductions and scalability improvements.
