      Responsibilities included: · Regularly represented the business with customer visits, including various supermarket retailers and manufacturers. · This involved preparing samples for sensory panels, organising tasting sessions and cooking Westmill Foods products in various creative applications. · Preparing handmade development samples of noodles and microwave rice, created in line with critical path requirements. The samples were used to trial reformulation to develop the perfect product for clients. · Supported in new product trials ensuring raw ingredients were provided and quantities were correct. Post trials, washouts were carried out to determine if the dosing of smaller ingredients were accurate. · Organised and conducted a total of 14 market benchmarking sessions for microwave rice and noodled, collated the findings into a report.
