      Hotelway is a communication service between guests and hotels. The simplest and most efficient form of it is a chatot, which functions mostly through chat. It is a unique concept to provide an easy way for hotels to professionally manage conversations with their guests and to get more revenue.. And the best part of it is, that we build, teach, maintain and update the bot on behalf of the hotels. Hotels do not have to do anything extra, they can simply take few easy steps to improve their guest communication dramatically, not to mention increase profitability.Since we are a small group of energetic people in a startup, we all have many roles and hats.
