Vastuualueen EXEN liiketoimintojen johtaminen ja kehittäminen sekä vaativat rekrytoinnit EXE Headhunting on vaativien asiantuntijoiden, päälliköiden ja johdon suorahakuihin erikoistunut yritys, joka tekee asiat hieman toisin kuin muut. EXEn takana olevilla henkilöillä on yli 100 suorahaun kokemus. Tällä hetkellä EXEn tiimissä työskentelee neljä henkilöä. Toimipisteemme sijaitsevat Tampereella ja Helsingissä. Me haluamme ravistella pölyttyneitä rekrytointeihin ja erityisesti suorahakuihin liittyviä toimintatapoja tekemällä asioita tehokkaasti, mutta rohkeasti rennolla otteella.
