Starting a business from scratch means that initially one wears many hats simultaneously and I am proud to say, that I have personal experience of every position in my business. I've done everything from production, purchasing, marketing, client relations, administration, finances - I've been the tea lady and the floor sweeper on occasion. Since those early days Soapbox has grown in leaps and bounds and we now employ 15 people on a full time basis and an additional six people on a part time basis. Currently my main focus is on business development and strategic planning.
