It is with immense respect and great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Hanne Lien. Hanne has been a professional colleague at Kristiania University College/Westedals for several years and a great partner in the shaping and forming of the current Game Design course. During this period, she has been invaluable as a supportive colleague and instrumental in developing the school’s portfolio, the academic profession within her field, and growing position within the Scandinavian schools. Hanne is to be commended for her professional concern for her students, and quality of instruction. She plans well and works diligently at being organized and concise. Her preparation each day is thorough and the results, evident. She contributed immensely to our school by developing and providing instructional support which is both futuristic in nature and conforms to both under and post-academic degree standards as well as a superb colleague, friend and a true inspiration for everyone she works with. Without her upbeat and positive work mentality but also a highly tuned emphatic ear, I would not be where I am right now. What I found to be Hanne`s best asset is her ability to utilize appropriate language and positive discipline to manage effective interactions with her students and fellow peers. As a model of appropriate behaviour, she is in a league of her. Every aspect of her teaching and professional comradery is innovative, to say the least, instruction, assessment, interaction, communication, documentation, administration, and classroom management are just some of her many areas of expertise as far as teaching is concerned. She is receptive to new ideas and constantly looks for innovative methods to present and develop course content and research practices and exploring new areas which make her perfect for developing new and outrageous and cutting edge ideas. She is thorough, precise and a true pleasure to work with both in academic work and in more social peer mixing arrangements, which she also frequently arranges as well as contribute to program-specific field events and learning clusters. Either as an organiser, participant or cheerleader. In addition to the above, the student's respect is obvious. She deeply cares about her students and they look to her for approval and guidance. Her approach to teaching has generated a warm and close rapport with her classes, as well as other faculty members. As an educator for 14 years, and someone how cross-teach on different subjects with her and who is profoundly interested in developing high-quality work ethics and exceptionally high standards, I strongly endorse Hanne. She has the intellect, passion, and communicative skills to be an outstanding teacher and educator, and I recommend her without reservation.

I had the pleasure of working with Hanne at Nordisk Film Distribution AS, PlayStation Norway. Hanne is a hardworking, inclusive and creative person. She has a unique ability to solve problems that seemingly are impossible. She is dedicated to her work and always takes full ownership of all tasks. With customer service, she is truly one of a kind, handling every customer with the utmost respect no matter how big or small an issue. All this, and at the same time understanding how social media works on a fundemental level. Hanne is an excellent communicator and is incredibly good at creating great things with few resources. Hanne will without a doubt acheive great things.

As community manager I was in charge of running the social media channels for PlayStation Norway, creating and optimizing assets, promoting brand awareness, text localization and some translations, and taking care of customer support. I worked with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; planning campaigns, analyzing and reporting results. To do this, I used the platforms' own tools, as well as Komfo, and Adobe Social.I was also involved in the planning and execution of big events, and when we released new titles.
