      I have experiences as course responsible, lecturer and organizer of both bachelor and master courses at DTU National Food Institute. I have been responsible for the development of the course “Innovation of future food” and afterwards course responsible and main teacher. The course also included a competition as an extra curriculum activity in connection with the European Product Developing competition Ecotrophelia. Furthermore I have been coordinator for internships for BSc of Engineering in Food Analysis students and for BSc of Food Science and Nutrition students. In addition I have been contact person for the BSc education in Food Science and Nutrition. In addition I have experiences with project management and project coordination of several European projects and Danish projects. My research was focused on manufacturing processes and quality assessment of various food products or semi-processed products and how to optimize and/or maintain the quality of the food product during the chain, as well as investigation of the relationship between quality issues and processing, storage and final eating quality.
