My role at Thomas More is to design new learning journeys and programs in various educational sectors. Some examples: Designing a personal development program for the business unit, a course for being more creative and entrepreneurial in occupational therapy, a new bachelor program for becoming a teacher in primary education. During these designing processes I work in co-creation with colleagues and students. I also facilitate the further process and coach colleagues to implement the new program. After my studies (bachelor degree as a special educator and master in the pedagogical sciences) I've got the opportunity to start to work as a special educator. The target audience were boys between 14 and 18 years old who had committed a crime and/or were in a problematic parenting situation. My role was to support and coach them in the institution by providing a daily structure, organizing meaningful activities and guiding them in the process they want to go now and in the future.
