HR partner at the IT department and on all HR-related issues. 2010 - 2012 Project Manager at the IT department in Dansk Supermarked Responsibilities: I was lent out to the IT department as a Project Manager for the development and implementation of a new SAP-HR and Lessor- reward system. 1998 - 2010 Human Resources Manager in Dansk Supermarked Head of the recruitment department with 2-4 consultants. Responsibilities: recruitment within all central functions of Dansk Supermarked. On average 200 recruitments were conducted annually, of which I was in charge of recruiting managers primarily. 2000 - 2010 Head of The Dansk Supermarked Management Education and Training Center Bøgehøj.
