Sheila Bennett. MA, MBA

Hanna is an enthusiastic and thoughtful worker, who has the ability to see the bigger picture in what she is working on as well as being meticulous with getting the detail right. She undertook some excellent work which I was involved in, looking at how the Council might embrace and use social media effectively; this meant mastering a fast-moving topic which was relativelt uncharted locally, assessing the potential in the light of local culture, and bringing forward practical and thoughtful recommendations. She moved on to build on this by providing invaluable contributions to the Council's migration to a new website. I would be very happy to vouch for her work. She also manages to do this whilst being a very pleasant and supportive colleague!
