In a team with an IT architect I designed, developed and implemented a web community (based on Wordpress) for internal and external collaboration and interactions. The assignment involved 3 months of preparation (part-time) where we learned about Brazil, international development, consulting, diverse teams etc; 1 month in-country to perform the project; and then follow-up work where I share my experience and learnings with others upon my return.
