Hannah was one of about a hundred people that applied for a technical marketing role at Classiq. She came from a lesser-known school and had very little prior experience. Still, I had the feeling that she was a "diamond in the rough" and decided to take a chance on her. She was one of only two hires we made from this batch of applicants. I'm very glad we did! During our work together, Hannah successfully tackled challenging tasks: learning quantum computing, creating a wealth of articles and technical tutorial videos, helping organize and judge a quantum coding competition, and much more. She did not shy away from the challenge and most often delivered excellent results. She has an "eagle eye" for typos and inartful grammar. Over time, she took on an increasingly large and diverse set of responsibilities, from maintaining the website to creating and editing highly-technical Jupyter notebooks. All of this, coupled with an excellent demeanor and openness, a burning desire to improve and ask insightful questions, I found her to be a true asset to the company.
