Graphic Designer

Sign and Graphics Assistant:Printed all of the graphic designers orders, which included: banners, coraplast signs, oversized posters, foam core signs, and banner clings ranging from all different sizes. When needed, I would grommet or laminate orders that specifically called for it. I would also print posters, lucites, handbills, clings, shelf talkers, drink menus and booklets for marketing events. I would refer to orders that needed specific kinds of paper and know how to enter the correct print settings. These would have to get done in a quick and timely matter and make sure that they made it on the daily dock truck, if needed. Each print order was specifically marked with the sales rep name, date of when it was shipped, and the location of the sales rep. I would create tap handle stickers from brand guidelines and then print them for sales reps. Kept up with printer maintenance on large format printers, copy printer, laminator and large paper cutter. I would call vendors and order our supplies when we were getting low.Graphic Designer:Along with doing print production, 3 months of designing and production, I would get assigned an order per the sales rep and they would rely the accounts wants for the design with the specific product or products that would be featured. After the order was designed, I would send it to the sales rep vis Signtrek and wait for the sales rep to respond back with either resubmit with changes, print with changes or print. If it is a resubmit with changes, then I would make the changes per the accounts wants and resubmit the new design back to the sales rep. If it was a print with changes, I would make then change, resubmit the new design and it would automatically go into a print status. I would print my orders that can be printed from the copy printer. I would print out specific shelf talkers and tap handle stickers of various sizes and shapes. I would also format our companies Pricebook.
