Fundraising and Events:● Supported the planning and logistics of 13 special events at Science World, including Science of Cocktails 2020, Girls and STEAM, and various donor appreciation events; effective handling of tasks such as managing the guest list, fulfilling sponsorship packages, and organizing event-day staff resulted in increased time for the fundraising team to spend on stewardship activities.● Coordinated 100+ external volunteers, vendors and bar staff for Science of Cocktails 2020; managed online ticket sales, e-marketing to ticket holders, and onsite fundraising, resulting in 1700 tickets sold for the event, over $11K raised through the silent auction, and a grand total of $290K raised for the Field Trip Bursary program.
