As a freelance Finance Administrator for two osteopathy clinics, I have created financial and booking procedures to ensure swift and correct payments. One clinic was still using a paper diary, I suggested moving to a cloud-based diary so that each of the therapists could view the entire clinic schedule with ease, regardless of location. I then implemented this change and ensured each user was fully trained. I regularly use Trello and MoSCoW systems to keep track of tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner.
