  I am currently researching the screening of natural compounds from Antarctic invertebrates on cancer cell lines under Dr. Lukasz Ciesla at The University of Alabama. During my time in this lab I have been awarded the Randall Outstanding Undergraduate Research Award, the ASSURE grant for undergraduate research, and the James and Donjette Yarbrough Scholarship. Additionally I have been given the opportunity to present my research at the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Conference.
