Hanna was a mentor and then a Project Leader with us at ReachOut whilst studying at university. Throughout her time with us she demonstrated a broad range of qualities and strength of character, making her an outstanding volunteer and then member of staff. I know youth work wasn't the end goal for Hanna, but she did a fantastic job, and we would have happily had her work for us again. I'm sure she'll go on to big things!

Hanna managed intake requests from women in prison seeking legal advice on criminal appeals as an intern with APPEAL over the course of about 3 months. Hanna was one of the best students I've worked with under our internship scheme. She is a diligent and thorough worker, compassionate, and consistently delivered well researched and thoughtful responses to the requests for help she recieved. She writes clearly and concisely and was able to grasp new legal concepts quickly and competently. She will be an asset to any firm or organisation lucky enough to employ her.
