  I was in charge of the production of the Opus camping trailer for the UK and Europe. In the first 3 months alone I restructured the team, reverse engineered, adjusted and documented the build processes, brought workshop practises in line with HSE guidelines and ultimately increased production by 1/3 whilst bringing down quality issues at point of handover.
