  I started as Office Administrator at Latitude and then moved into the role of Facilities Manager. During my time at Latitude, I took on the responsibility of events coordinator, managing a team developing ideas for charity fundraisers, sports activities and social events including planning the staff summer and Christmas parties for 100 plus staff. I organised the office relocation, which involved me liaising with a number of suppliers and staff, making sure all areas of the move were running smoothly and nothing was getting left behind. As well as taking on all this it didn't stop me from doing the basics, which were vital to ensuring the smooth and safe running of the office and maintaining the needs of employees and their environment. I organised property maintenance and cleaning, arranged hospitality and meeting room bookings, coordinated travel and accommodation for staff and carried out other secretarial and phone duties. I was also given the opportunity to design the refurbishment of one of our meeting rooms, to make better use of the space. Show less
