      Provide Level 1&2 IT Support for the Tharstern system and support to staff. When I joined Dashing they had begun the process of merging two systems into one. I have been involved in the testing and ongoing roll outs of the new Tharstern system. This has involved the transfers of customers, stock and machine setups. Dashing have also had a new front page being developed for our production team to easily navigate through the system. I have been a key stakeholder in the testing and support of this. This allows production users to start/complete jobs with ease. Track jobs and stock/finishing materials to be used. IDC scanners for Fast track have been installed and I have been involved in the setup of the hardware for the company. We have installed over 15 scanners. I provided training for all staff on the new system and still remain the first point of contact for all Tharstern issues. I am a key stakeholder in writing standard procedures and documenting them for company use. I also worked on integrating our online portal XMPIE into Tharstern. This involves setting up of customers, products and templates and linking them into tharstern to allow online orders to automatically roll through the system.

Online website duties; Key contact for Sales Reps, key customer contact, new customer entry and product updates. There are more than 2000 customers with access to the CoolDrive eCommerce site and 100 more joining each month, with on average more than $1 Million worth of sales through the site per month. Since starting this role the online website daily sales have increased by 5%. Feedback from both customers and sales reps has been extremely positive, because I attend to issues quickly to ensure minimal downtime of the site. After 5 years experience within the CoolDrive network I am able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
