Helped gathering and collating evidence of trademark use and reputation for formal trademark opposition cases. Aided in co-vert trap purchases for use as evidence in counterfeit cases. Assisted in the preparation of cease and desist letters in relation to look-alike handbags which infringed Chanel's trademarks, designs and copyright. Also, identifying counterfeit listings and smell-a-like fragrances that were advertised on various online sites/social media platforms. I helped with an ongoing project know as Resellers Project which required looking at websites offering vintage/second hand Chanel items to try to identify Andy possible counterfeit goods, carried out reviews of suggested websites and provided feedback. Also, assisted with taking screenshots of pertinent Facebook accounts as part of our evidence in ongoing cases. Show less
