  Manage training programs at Higg, a software platform that helps organizations understand their sustainability impacts. Lead a training program for over 50,000 users at major brands and manufacturers, teaching their staff to use our platform to track impacts across energy, waste, water, and working conditions. During my time at Higg, I saw Higg grow from less than 20 employees to more than 130, managed an overhaul of our website and ran our first user research study, all while directly managing or supporting more than 30 brand relationships that lead to real-world sustainability improvements.
