I handle the whole store by myself at 17. Sometimes I would work in the back to sort through shoe donations. I would take the shoes clean them and revive them.   I started off here as a hostess, sitting people at their assigned table number. I had to remember all 215 tables by their assigned number by memory. I then moved up to running the floor and checking for dirty tables and calling bussers to tables so they can clean them. After this I moved up to Togo, I would take Togo orders or pack orders.
