Hannah brings a fresh perspective to government communications and excels at adapting to learn new skills and techniques. Jumping into working in public health comms isn’t easy—doubly so during a pandemic—but Hannah quickly became a critical contributor to our NDDoH team and helped us flourish despite it being a crazy time.

Hannah is a talented creative woman whose work was exemplary. It's difficult to determine what her largest strength is because she has so many. She is an excellent intuitive writer that can traverse the many different style of writing to reach her intended audience. She is organized and needs little supervision in accomplishing tasks provided for her. She is a self-starter. For example, she saw a need and created an internship manual for the VCSU Sports Information office. I highly recommend Hannah as an energetic, innovative employee. She will do well wherever she goes!

For 6 months, I was my stepmother's caregiver. A few years prior, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, which required some serious treatment. While her initial treatment helped her for about a year, it returned in the Spring of my senior year in college. I left my college town and completed the rest of my schooling online while we lived in Rochester together. She underwent a stem cell transplant, and she and I spent Summer 2021 in Rochester, MN as she recovered and visited Mayo Clinic frequently. During this time, I was her primary caregiver, taking her to and from appointments, helping her walk, cooking and cleaning for her, keeping track of her medications and schedule, and spending time with her. This explains the gap in my employment. Show less
