Hannah is amazingly dedicated, driven, hardworking, and passionate. I have the privilege of working closely with Hannah this year as her Product Owner, and while she started her SAFe journey as a Scrum Master only a year ago, she has show that this is a perfect fit for her. She takes on the Scrum Master duties and responsibilities with vigor and exceeds all expectations with her organizational skills. She is meticulous in her work and beyond that she is an amazing part of the team making sure that we as an agile team are on task, keep to our time-boxes, and any impediments are removed. She is quick to learn process improvements that help drive and coach the team towards continuous delivery, continuous improvement and meeting their commitments. Hannah is always willing to lend a hand and help any team member no matter the task and is true to the definition of being a servant leader.
