Hannah is amazingly dedicated, driven, hardworking, and passionate. I have the privilege of working closely with Hannah this year as her Product Owner, and while she started her SAFe journey as a Scrum Master only a year ago, she has show that this is a perfect fit for her. She takes on the Scrum Master duties and responsibilities with vigor and exceeds all expectations with her organizational skills. She is meticulous in her work and beyond that she is an amazing part of the team making sure that we as an agile team are on task, keep to our time-boxes, and any impediments are removed. She is quick to learn process improvements that help drive and coach the team towards continuous delivery, continuous improvement and meeting their commitments. Hannah is always willing to lend a hand and help any team member no matter the task and is true to the definition of being a servant leader. She has been one of the best Scrum Masters I have worked with and I would recommend Hannah for any Scrum Master position.

It is my great pleasure to recommend Hannah Power for any lucky business that she sets her sights on. If I could lure her back to work with me, I would in an instant! Hannah is a hard worker, she takes responsibility, and sees project through with care, warmth and kindness. She listens, she is eager to learn new things yet also shares her knowledge and ideas freely. In her time at WFSU Public Media, Hannah provided our community of partnerships, children, their families and their teachers with countless events, lessons, camp days, meetings, orders, communications, social media lessons, graphic designs and more. Whether our work took us to nearby schools and community spaces or to conferences and meetings far away, she was prepared, articulate, professional and efficient. She has a way of making everyone feel appreciated. I have seen her interact with wise, elder child care providers, the affluent of our community to those that are poor and struggling, she makes each person feel welcomed, respected and heard. I have also seen how well Hannah responds to stress and unexpected problems, probably more times than she would want me to share! Whenever you are in service to the public, the unexpected happens! She solves problems, she is calm and figures it out. Whether it's about 2,000 more people than expected, technology failing or stepping up to take responsibility when someone else has failed. Hannah makes it work, and work so that you would not even know something was amiss. It is a skill that is difficult to measure for in an employee, how will they cope to challenges? She has always exceeded my high expectations. She is missed by more people than I can express in this moment. She is creative, yet even in her design work, she collaborates and incorporates others opinions and ideas. I will be happy to elaborate on any one of her skills and abilities - and most importantly, her attitude. It is rare to find someone so capable of things they haven't done before, or doing things they have done before even better. I can be reached via email tweinstein@fsu.edu or find me on LinkedIn.
