In this role I have the opportunity to work along other lead staff to ensure all aspects of camp are operating smoothly. I supervise a team of 4-8 Counselors and Counselors in Training. This involves making sure campers are cared for, reviewing paperwork, and daily check-ins with each staff. When camp is not in session I prepare all of the paperwork and information for the coming summer.
