      In this position I lead Maldives-focused projects in collaboration with governmental agencies, research institutes and universities. These projects are the “influences of oceanography on manta rays”, “zooplankton and climate change” and “socioeconomics of manta tourism”. These projects involve issues such as climate change, MPA management, threatened species and megafauna tourism.
