Head animator. Four weeks in July and August, I was responsible for managing a team of 15 monitors for children with a mental disability. I was in charge of making timetables, doing administration, coaching my team, organising social events for the monitors, communication with parents and the government. I also was a member of their steering committee. We evaluated the summer camps, made some adjustments and organised events to improve the skills of the monitors. Head animator.
