Camp Arrowhead is a summer program for individuals with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities. Our clients range in having moderate to severe special needs, from age five to adulthood. My roles include: -helping foster a positive and welcoming environment -planning and running activities for campers -providing behavioral support and following behavior plans -supporting our campers individual needs (feeding, supporting mobility, etc.) -being a resource and mentor for our teenaged volunteers In addition, I provide 24 hour care for Camp Arrowhead's week long residential overnight program.
