From January 24th to July 25th, I worked as a Concierge at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. In this position, I was there as a primary resource to all guests. In doing so, I worked towards elevating experiences whether that be via checking-in/out guests, helping with purchasing park tickets, booking reservations, answering questions and troubleshooting various concerns. In addition to this, I was also cross-trained in two other front office roles in the club lounge and as a runner, both of which added to my experiences in working with multiple departments in an effort to collaborate and problem solve for guests whether that be within the resort itself or the entire company as a whole.
