During the last two summers, I was employed by Young Gloucestershire as a Delivery Worker for NCS (National Citizen Service). This involved having responsibility for a group of 15-16 year-olds, motivating them to challenge themselves, and encouraging them to be proactive and creative in their social action project. Alongside my studies in third year at Warwick, I worked as a Research Assistant to one of the doctors in the Psychology department at the university. This involved recruiting participants, welcoming them to the study, answering any questions they had, and running the procedure with them.
