My role involves providing effective and efficient administration support to the Marketing team and coordinating all HR administration at the British Motor Museum. For the Marketing department I assist in the preparation of regular reports, including tracking of promotions, press coverage and visitor feedback surveys. I maintain department records and digital files to ensure compliance with data protection and records management procedures and coordinate external filming and photography requests, including drawing up and issuing contracts and collating relevant documentation. Occasionally, throughout the year, I support and attend marketing events and exhibitions to promote the Museum. The HR aspect of my job involves maintaining HR records and databases of all company employees, including the administration of the online employee management system. I coordinate new hire processes, participate in all recruitment activities, including issue contracts and collecting all relevant new employee details. I also arrange and deliver new employee inductions. I maintain all records related to grievances, performance reviews, sickness, holiday entitlement, TOIL and disciplinary actions and complete all leavers’ paperwork.
