I supported the team with a strong knowledge of the system and the ability to work through problems that were being faced in an internal capacity, but also customer facing resolutions. Demand increased to due to membership renewals and the new system being released with each staff member working through 40+ in depth calls per day.

The MyNetball system roll out and integration provided this role with project implementation. The MyNetball system became a heavy focus of this roll after an interrupted launch, problem solving and liaising with the national sporting body was required to ensure efficient use and effectiveness. Additionally, this role was responsible for the management of all internal bookings of the State Netball and Hockey Centre for state teams, Melbourne Vixens and staffing requirements.
