Scholarship on 'Access to Justice: Honor Related Violence Against Women in Pakistan' as part of the American Bar Association's (ABA) World Justice Project. The Article was produced by the ABA at the World Justice Forum in Vienna in July 2008 and was one of the papers chosen to be presented at the Conference in the Discussion Forum on Access to Justice. Was an integral part of the Secretariat team set up to assist the Panel in the WTO Dispute Settlement proceedings on the EC-Selected Customs Matters dispute (Panel Report adopted in June 2006 and appealed in August 2006). Developed pioneering legal opinion on 'Giving Legal Effect to the Doha Round'. Researched and recommended strategy for the Secretariat’s preparatory work on compliance procedures, including the landmark US–Gambling and EC–Chicken Classification disputes. Compilation, editing and drafting of ‘One-page WTO case summaries’, published by the WTO Legal Affairs Division, in November 2006. Co-wrote a paper with Gabrielle Marceau (Counsellor, WTO DG Cabinet) and presented it at the International Law Association’s Spring Conference in Edinburgh. Show less
