Developed pioneering legal opinion on 'Giving Legal Effect to the Doha Round'. Researched and recommended strategy for the Secretariat’s preparatory work on compliance procedures, including the landmark US–Gambling and EC–Chicken Classification disputes. Compilation, editing and drafting of ‘One-page WTO case summaries’, published by the WTO Legal Affairs Division, in November 2006. Co-wrote a paper with Gabrielle Marceau (Counsellor, WTO DG Cabinet) and presented it at the International Law Association’s Spring Conference in Edinburgh. Show less
