I had the privilege of working alongside Hannah. She executed flawless events while balancing the event's intricate details and creative concepts simultaneously. She thrives when planning events, and you can tell she has a deep passion for planning events that become lasting experiences. Hannah's intelligence, ingenuity, and organizational skills create the perfect trifecta needed to carry out successful events. Not only is Hannah good at her job, but she is pleasure to work with every day. Hannah is an excellent people person and a vital leader in the face of a crisis. Hannah is willing to go the extra mile for the good of the team. I highly recommend Hannah.

To Whom It May Concern: I would like to present you with a letter of recommendation for Hannah Wortz. Hannah has worked at the Southeast Area YMCA as a Camp Coordinator. She is a mature and dependable employee who recognizes the importance of her job. It is with great confidence that I recommend Hannah. Hannah has been a valuable asset to the Camp Program since she was hired in May, 2011. As the Camp Coordinator, Hannah demonstrated the ability to face challenges in a calm, professional manner. Other assets Hannah possesses include her excellent organization, her ability to be a team player, and her success in seeing the macro outlook of camp. While her position had many details she needed to attend to, she was able to balance those aspects of her job with the overall picture of camp as well. Hannah is outstanding in that she demonstrates a positive attitude and level head on a daily basis. She is fair to both campers and the employees she supervises, including instructors and counselors. She has high expectations for excellence, and always follows through. She is an effective communicator in that her expectations are clear and employees show respect. I am able to recommend Hannah Wortz without reservation. She is an excellent employee who has repeatedly demonstrated the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Please contact me with any questions you may have in regards to Hannah Wortz. Sincerely, Jean Sanon YTF/Camp Program Director 651.739.6594 Jean.Sanon@ymcastpaul.org
