Health and Wellbeing Coach
-
Jan 2023 - Present
Health and Wellbeing coaching (HWC) will help you make positive behaviour changes that will help you become the healthiest, happiest version of you. It helps to increase motivation, introduce healthy behaviours, and develop ways of living a healthier life in a way that works for you. HWC will find out more about you, your lifestyle, values, goals and anything that might get in the way of achieving those goals. Some examples of areas we can help with are: weight management, becoming more active, reducing stress and low mood and managing health conditions. This can be achieved through face to face 1:1's and a variety of community group workshops. Show less

I am a confident communicator who is extremely passionate about swimming. I excel through the challenge of Teaching people to swim and watching how they grow through the stages. I have had the privilege of teaching children, adults and disabled individuals in group situations and 1-2-1. Swimming Teacher
-
2014 - Jun 2021
Being a lifeguard required me to be constantly vigilant of the pool and sounding areas. Acting Immediately and appropriately to ensure the safety of users. This required carrying out first aid both individually and in a team. As a swimming Assistant I provided support to a qualified teacher to ensure the prepared lesson ran successfully. While being a swimming teacher I planned and ran lessons following the learn to swim programme helping to develop: confidence in the water, skills and the correct technique. Show less

This required a bubbly personality as well as excellent interpersonal skills to ensure efficient communication whilst networking with clients and the surrounding team to solve problems efficiently. It gave me a taste of different cultures and enabled me to make professional relationships with suppliers whilst handing money and providing a service.
